Slot Route Purchase
A three year old Oklahoma based slot machine servicing company came to Red River
West to finance the purchase an existing slot route from an established slot
machine manufacturing company. The young company needed a financing package that
its infrastructure and fledgling cash flow would have difficulty supporting. RRW
provided a package that allowed the company to purchase the slot route in stages
which allowed it to build up its infrastructure and cash flow to meet the new
demands. RRW also worked with the company to develop its management systems and
people.

Purchase Agreement Financing
An established slot manufacturer wanted to accelerate its revenue recognition
and beef up its cash flow by selling some of its purchase agreements. RRW was
able to negotiate a reasonable discount for the purchase agreements and buy the
agreements on a non recourse basis from the manufacturer, allowing the
manufacturer to recognize all of the revenue in the current accounting period
and provide additional cash flow for their expanding business.

Gaming Machine Financing
A state decided to implement a new central system for its Video Lottery
Terminal network and replace their aging fleet of Video Lottery Terminals. RRW
was able to put together a competitive financing package that allowed operators
to purchase the new equipment over time with a simple one page application. RRW
also allowed the operators to include the cost of the new site server, signs and
stands in the financing.

Casino Acquisition
A group came to RRW looking to finance the acquisition of a casino. The property
had recently undergone a mild renovation but was in need of much more. RRW was
able to offer the buyers a financing package which leveraged the buildings,
adjacent land, and cash flow to provide for acquisition funds as well as much
needed working capital.
